Q: When I try to download and install Bind`n`find, I get the error message:
Unable to install or run this application. The application requires that assembly System.Core Version 3.5.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.

Q: How much does Bind`n`find cost?
A: Bind`n`find is released in two editions: as a freeware and commercial software. So Bind`n`find 1.0 is absolutely free. Moreover, it is released under Open Source GPL license, which means, that you can get the sources, modify them and distribute your own Bind`n`find clone, though you CANNOT call it Bind`n`find. Bind`n`find Pro 1.0 license is not free and is provided for fee. Access to Bind`n`find on Web is also provided based on small monthly subscribtion fee.

Q: If I buy subscribtion for Bind`n`find on Web, will I get Bind`n`find Pro 1.0?
A: Yes. Bind`n`find Pro 1.0 is included in Bind`n`find on Web packadge. But pay attention that you should buy Bind`n`find on Web access license for 1 year at least.

Q: Is support included with Bind`n`find?
A: Free access to our support forum is included in all versions and trials of Bind`n`find. Usually we response in 1 business day. Direct e-mail support is available only for owners of Bind`n`find Pro and Bind`n`find on Web licenses. Please, attach your serial number in your e-mail messages.

Q: Can Bind`n`find automatically import files already existing on my computer into Bind`n`find documents?

A: Beside directly scanned images Bind`n`find can import JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP and PNG. Non-image formats (text/text processors) will be possible to import only in Pro-version, though, part of this functionality may be incorporated into free version as well.

Q: Which tags Bind`n`find includes?
A: You are creating new tags, though Bind`n`find has more than 30 common pre-defined tags like “invoice”, “letter” etc.

Q: What the limitations?
A: Free version can store no more than 5,000 documents and no more than 50 pages each of them. Besides this, common database size cannot exceed 4 Gb. Bind`n`find Pro has no limitations.

Q: Can Bind`n`find to be integrated with another well known software?
A: Yes. Pro-version can intagrate with MS Office and StarOffice.
